Choose your support
Choose the level of support that's right for you.
Up to 90 minutes | In your own Home
A comprehensive one-to-one feeding consultation for women who need skilled support with a specific concern or would simply like reassurance that feeding is going well.
Your appointment will include a full feeding and relevant maternal and baby history, assessment of your current concerns and observation of a breastfeed.
Depending on your individual needs, we may look at positioning and attachment, signs of effective milk transfer, breast and nipple concerns, milk supply, expressing, supplementation, feeding behaviour and any other factors which may be affecting feeding.
We'll talk through what I find together and agree on a practical, individualised feeding plan that supports your own feeding goals.
Ongoing support during the early weeks
Sometimes one appointment isn't enough. Feeding can change quickly in the early days, and having someone to come back to as things develop can make a real difference.
Includes your:
90-minute initial home consultation
Full feeding history and assessment, observation of feeding where appropriate, and an individualised feeding plan.
Up to 90-minute follow-up home consultation
Time to reassess feeding, review progress, make adjustments and work through any new concerns.
14 days of WhatsApp support
For questions, reassurance and ongoing feeding guidance between appointments.
From pregnancy through the early postnatal weeks
For families who want to feel prepared before their baby arrives, with specialist feeding support already in place should they need it afterwards.
Everything included in the Postnatal Feeding Support Package, plus:
90-minute one-to-one antenatal feeding session in your own home
We'll prepare for the realities of breastfeeding and the early days with your baby. Understanding how breastfeeding works, positioning and attachment, feeding cues, what to expect in the first hours and days, establishing your milk supply, recognising when feeding is going well and knowing when and where to seek additional support.
After your baby arrives, you'll then have your 90-minute postnatal consultation, Up to 90-minute follow-up and 14 days of WhatsApp support.
90 minutes | One-to-one | In your own home
A private antenatal session designed to give you more than a list of breastfeeding benefits.
We'll focus on the practical knowledge that can help you feel prepared for actually feeding your baby: what to expect after birth, how others can support your breastfeeding journey, how breastfeeding and milk production work, feeding cues, positioning and attachment, normal newborn feeding behaviour, how to recognise effective feeding, what to do if things don't go quite to plan and any problems you may have encountered in previous feeding journeys.
Partners are encouraged to join too.
Up to 90 minutes | At home
For existing clients who would benefit from further face-to-face support following their initial consultation.
Feeding can change quickly in the early weeks and sometimes a little more help is required to support you and your baby. A follow-up gives that dedicated time to check in, build on what we've already worked through and make sure your plan continues to work for you both.
We can review how feeding has progressed, reassess any ongoing concerns, adjust your feeding plan where needed and work through any new concerns or challenges that have arisen.
Available following an initial consultation.
Up to 90 minutes | In your own home
Bottle feeding deserves skilled, individualised support.
Whether you're expressing breastmilk, combination feeding or formula feeding, this appointment provides practical, non-judgemental support to help you and your baby find a way of feeding that feels comfortable and responsive.
Support can include: choosing and preparing feeds safely, responsive and paced bottle feeding, positioning, understanding your baby's feeding cues, recognising when they have had enough, feeding difficulties such as milk flow preference or bottle refusal and helping you feel more confident with bottle feeding.

Suitable for both antenatal and postnatal support, we can use the appointment to explore your concerns, answer questions and help you feel more confident about your feeding choices.
Great for talking through: feeding plans, preparing for breastfeeding, expressing and pumping, returning to work, introducing bottles, combination feeding, formula feeding, bottle refusal, reducing or stopping breastfeeding, or getting reassurance about what’s normal.
Together, we’ll agree on a practical, individualised plan that works for you and your baby.
Includes 14 days of WhatsApp follow-up support so you can ask questions, update me on how things are going and make adjustments to your plan as needed.

A Causeway Infant Feeding gift voucher offers parents something genuinely useful; individual support, reassurance and practical feeding guidance when they need it.
Suitable for first-time parents and growing families, gift vouchers can be used towards antenatal feeding preparation, postnatal feeding support, bottle feeding support or a virtual consultation.
Choose a specific service or an amount towards an appointment, allowing the parent to decide what support would be most helpful for them.
Available as a digital gift voucher sent directly by email or as a physical gift voucher ready to give.
Your appointment is unhurried and tailored to you and your baby. We’ll take time to talk through your pregnancy, birth, your baby’s health and growth, your feeding journey so far and any concerns you have.
Where appropriate, I’ll observe a full feed and assess positioning, attachment, feeding behaviour and signs of effective milk transfer. We can also explore expressing, supplementation, milk supply, breast or nipple concerns and any other factors that may be affecting feeding.
Most importantly, I’ll explain what I’m seeing. We’ll talk through your options together and develop clear, practical next steps based on your baby, your circumstances and your own feeding goals.
If I identify anything that would benefit from further medical or specialist assessment, I’ll explain this and help you understand where to seek the appropriate support.
